The start of your lift is more resembling of a clean than a proper DL.
Notice how your back tries to fix this for you as soon as you start pulling.
Notice the resulting bar path because you are keeping your hips too low and knees too bent because of it

How can you progress like this Lowering calorie intake will just change your metabolism, its almost as if you have to put extra effort and go to the gym and stay consistent with some type of program

Cardio from swimming is huge breh, also very good for the spine.
You should swim at least 20 min to get in the zone

Swim coach anon here.

Start with 200m kicking, then 400m with arms (freestyle). Go slow, work on form. Get a friend to watch and critique your form. You should not be puffed after this.

Then just mix it up for the rest. I recommend people do 200m freestyle breathing 4's, rest 1 minute, then do 4 50m of freestyle fast breathing 2s or 4s. Rest 1 minute, repeat.

Throw in some of the other strokes in a similar fashion (start with kicking and going slow to warm up with it and improve form, then alternate distance/sprints with rests as needed)

You'll make juicy gains in endurance and form in no time, long as you don't cheap out on breathing 4s and have someone who knows their stuff critique your form

Is there any solid proof that shows that not consuming carbohydrates actually helps with weight loss?

I was hambeast mode (333lbs) back in march and did PSMF for about 5 months, got down to 260, called that a sucess and decided to take it slow for a bit, Right now i'm 255 and was about to start another cycle of psmf but decided to try out adding carbs now. I consume around 1500 cals a day, 160ish carbs and 80ish protons, i've been doing it for a week and haven't step on the scale yet

I'm asking because, if there is any slight advantage in not eating carbs, i'll take it, i did it once and i'll do it again, but rice is pretty cool and shit so if i'm wasting my time just eating protein then i might as well add some carbs
