I get there problems judging it but I think removing it ultimately damaged the sport of Oly lifting in the long run. It disconnected it too much from what people could connect with emotionally from their own gym experiences and as a spectator sport.

Monday: 1 hour cardio, upper body liftin
Tuesday: 1 hour cardio, lower body liftin
Wednesday: 1 hour cardio
Thursday: 1 hour cardio, upper body liftin
Friday: 1 hour cardio, lower body liftin
Saturday: day off
Sunday: 1 hour cardio

Is this overkill? Is it okay to do this during a cut or during bulking?

For example: On your cardio sessions - How fast are you running? Does it include HIIT?

iv been lifting for 11 months and im still doing baby weight

my lifts are
165X7 lbs for bench
and ohp is 135 lbs
deadlift is 305
my arms only grew a half inch and now im losing hope i barley got gains even though iv been eating enough protein and calories and sleeping 6-12 hours a night REEEEE FUCK THIS IM LOSING HOPE IV TRIED EVERYTHING AND NOTHINGS WORKING

how do i find a shirt that fits

just normal t shirts

medium is a good fit around the chest, maybe slightly too tight, but it hangs down over my waist and makes me look like a phat phaggot

large fits comfortably around my chest and the sleeves get filled up when i flex (which is nice) but the sagging is ungodly and makes me look like a fridge made of lard
