Anyone take meds for their ADHD here? And how do you find it goes with your training? I can hardly bear 30 minutes in the gym any more I have no motivation. Does it affect your appetite or does the motivation it gives your training compensate ?

There's always something "meh" about you.

There are no super human giants with good physiques and good faces.

Take Conan Stevens for example. 7ft tall. Ugly face. Balding. No calves.

Put a better face on him and 2" more calf circumference and you would have a superhuman.

Truth is there are limits in all things. Weather you are an average 6'5" specimen, or even a 5'11" who has to comp as much as possible.

Just keep in mind that no matter how much taller ormore perfect physique a guy seems to have, if you take a close look you will find flaws.

What can i do to stop my groin injury pain?

>as i kick i get an EXTREME pain in my groin area

What can i do to stop the pain?
Haven't exercised at all before i started lifting.
ALSO: my knee makes a loud popping sound when i squat.. what do? doesnt really hurt..

But actually just swing your leg around like a madman before squatting or deadlifting. Try staying in a slav squat as a stretch.

Your knee issue might be caused by your shit hips but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Fix your hips and it'll go away too

Your hips are fixed when you can move your femur freely within the socket. Squatting low would cause the pain but not the injury.

For a visual demonstration of your problem, make a fist and put your other hand around it. Now move your fist around in your hand and imagine your forearm hitting your fingertips. That's what's happening when you feel that pain.

Hey folks!
I have an opportunity to do a research study with my professor for which I get payed like 3.000 dollars. However, he will only do it if I have a good, testable idea.
So far I was thinking of something connected to Strength Training. Like strength development in pause bench and bounce bench press... So far that is my only one.
If you have any more ideas, it would be appreciated!!
