This is the first time I post here. I have a pilonidal cyst, basically pic related located above my asshole. It hurts like fuck and surgery is going to take a long time. There's 2 of them as well, one above the other. Whoop-de-doo.

I'm not fit, but I'm not fat either, just awkwardly lanky, and I wanted to know how I can grow some mild abs, or at least remove the slight chub around that area, without doing sit-ups or generally anything that involves sitting. I've done leg raises in the past but it stopped working as the cysts grew larger.

Can I get some input on this?

Suspended leg raises. Certain lifts. A thorough weight routine will cover that (would name the lifts but I just take classes). Losing body fat will show what abs you already have

What does fit think about scrawny nerds now being recognized as athletes. I mean e-sports scene is viewed as sport nowadays though it falls in the category of let's say snooker for example.

Height is a huge advantage these days. It may be more difficult to gain but you can always get on steroids and become giga-chad

1. Its probably your last growth boom and you won't get much taller.

2. Testosterone, cycle test and your growth plates will close. Explain your situation to an endocrinologist, s/he will probably put you on a cycle.

Back when I was bulking I wanted to build up my legs as much as possible..

I went from chicken leg mode to thicc in like 3 months.

>calf raises 20x5


The thing about working legs is that they respond best to long periods of rest

Make sure you have atleast 2 days of rest between leg workouts if you want to see maximum gainz

Hey /fit/,
I'm in the process of sorting myself outâ„¢, and in the past month I've realized how important breakfast is, not only for gains but also for my mood in general. Not only does it make me feel better and more productive for the entire morning, but also it helps me eat more throughout the day, I'm getting out of skellington mode for the first time since adolescence because of it.
My current go-to meals are either
