Are there any people that live in Sweden that can give diet/general advice? I'm an americunt studying at pic related on exchange for 5 months, maybe 10. Right now I'm pretty much just eating the same ol chicken potatoes broccoli, oats, mediocre protein shakes as I did in the states. The chicken here is expensive as fuck so I was wondering if there were cheaper suggestions or anything. Don't really expect there to be any life changing suggestions or anything but you never know I guess.

You can buy pregrilled warm whole chickens for like 8.9 dollars iirc at ICA foodmarket. Oats and eggs and potatoes are dirtcheap here, there has been a surge in "healthy lifestyle" restaurants and stores where you can buy vitamins and protein powder and whatnot so you'll be goodfam.

I am starting strength training at the gym again after a long hiatus. The problem is I never leave the house so I am incredibly anxious about going today.

I think I am going to take a couple shots of gin before I go so I am not nervous the entire time.

Does anyone else suffer from a similar thing?

Funny that you mention it but I started a few days ago. I have severe autism so I am trying to get a routine going before I go to college so I am not such a loser.

The gym is the only reason I can find to leave the house, seems like there is nothing to do except walk around and buy things which I have never been a fan of because I am a poorfag

Felt the same way the first (and until around the 20th) time I went to the gym. Man up and go clean so you don't have to get yourself halfdrunk each time you want go to the gym. As much as you will hate it(both during and afterwards), it will be the best treatment against your autism

I've been looking at trainers but they seem kind of expensive and I don't want to commit myself to a gym membership simply because I don't really know what I'm doing and I think it would be embarrassing. Is this something I can do on my own or do I need someone there?

Would it be better to just take some kettlebell classes?

Results may vary on the last one. When I started working out had tons of cool guys in my gym that would walk up to me and tell me when to work my form. It can also happen that they just don't want to be bothered during their workout.

Then follow videos on youtube, go to the gym, try to do it as best you can, hope to not go to snap city. And if your form is really shit more likely than not someone will correct you.

I'm running a 10k with a running club in a few hours. I've already eaten some food and currently drinking water but what things can I do to best prepare myself to be on my A game?

id grab a quick 10k to warm up before

10k is less than 8 miles, it shouldn't be too hard unless you've only been doing 5k before.

I used to do no special prep for my 8 mile runs and did them 3 times a week in about an hour and a half each.

Just have water and you should be fine. You only need to start worrying abiut electrolytes at longer distances or if its super hot

Why doesn't anyone do SS for squats and deadlifts but also do a split?

Wouldn't you get the best of both worlds?
