as the title says, im not fat at all i was escaping Auschwitz and ended up in skinny fat territory, now i am steadily cutting down.
did pretty good weight loose gains but ran into a problem.
I can't help but feel tired and almost like a lightheaded feeling.
What could i be missing from my diet that causes this?
Breakfast: skim oatmeal with fruits
lunch: a pound of fish and meat from a deli
banana for snack sometimes mcds apple pie
dinner: can of tuna.
What should i add to get rid of this feelings and how can i fix my meal plan to make it better?

Don't worry about my diet, I have a good one and I am losing weight without working out at all now, just keeping to my diet.
But, now i want to workout too, I want muscles, I am weak as fuuuuuuck. For reasons you shits don't need to know about, I haven't done any working out pretty much my entire life and been at the computer for years.

I like honey roasted I use to use it with different jams n jellies on one slice folded over

the quinoa I would use in place of rice with frozen salmon that I would cook on a foreman grill.
would also have a large can of spinach and would mix it with a can of jalapenos to add some zing to the spinach.
would also have a few other left over for whatever else I'd eat during the week as survival food.
Is there any reason why I can't just do 3 hours of cardio daily until I'm exhausted and go to sleep early? Well, that would be obvious if you knew me. I'm 5'7 and 152 lbs -- muscle and age-related weight gain. But around age 25 I was 130-135 lbs. Obviously many people don't have this problem but I need the resistance and I'm very comfortable training with an extra amount of weight on me. It could represent any kind of gear which is useful from the aspect of /practical/ strength
