Should i use the glutes machine or are squats and deadlifts good enough?
Also do i need to do leg press if i do squats?

Back when I was bulking I wanted to build up my legs as much as possible..
I went from chicken leg mode to thicc in like 3 months.
>Squat 5x5
>Leg press 5x10
>calf raises 20x5
The thing about working legs is that they respond best to long periods of rest
Make sure you have atleast 2 days of rest between leg workouts if you want to see maximum gainz
Do 10 slow sets on the glutes machine while maintaining eye contact with every single female in the gym.
