>tfw you wanna be look aesthetic but also be a big strong boy
Do you have a use for strength?
>train for strenght
Do you only care what you look like?
>train for 'aesthetics'
FWIW I think training for mere aesthetics is stupid and pointless and may not work if you don't already have the genetics to support it. There's no downside to training for strength because you'll look better anyway if you do, and most people DGAF if you look like a bodybuilder or not, they only care if you're fat and disgusting looking.

Mon, Wed, Fri
Squat: 3 sets of 3-6 reps
Bench Press: 3 sets of 3-6 reps
Sumo Deadlift: 1 set of 3-6 reps
Progression Protocol:
Total Reps Completed / Weight to add for next weeks's workout:
Squat/Bench
<28 Reps: -15lbs next week
28-45 Reps: +5lbs next week
46 Reps: +10lbs next week
Deadlift
<10 Reps: -15lbs next week
10-15 Reps: +5lbs next week
16 Reps: +10lbs next week
Even if you train for aesthetics, it's not like you aren't going to become stronger. Sure, you won't become powerlifter- tier strong, but you can look aesthetic and still be strong if you eat well, lift hard, vary your rep ranges, and include enough volume. For example, I like to do the core compound exercises for a muscle group (i.e. Bench for chest) with high weight and low reps, and then use more isolation movements with higher rep ranges and lower weights

Then go with gzcl. It has Tier 1 work for strength, T2 for strength/aesthetics and T3 for aesthetics.
