I got a gram of mk677 today. I dissolved it in 30grams of vodka.
The problem is, I was so stupid that after I had emptied the bag, i ran my finger through the inside of the bag to collect the little film of mk powder lining it, then stirred it through the vodka/mk solution and sucked on my finger at the end.
I straight away ran to the bathroom, spat, and rinced, but I think there is a good chance I got way more than the normal 25mg dose. The concentration was so that a vodka drop (29mg (smaller than a 50mg water drop)) contained 1mg mk677, though it takes a while to dissolve and there is a good chance i got a bunch of powder in my mouth too.
I already know I'm a fucking idiot, but what I need to know is whether you guys have ever injested too much MK677 before and whether I should be seeking medical help.

absolutely irrelevant, as long as you eat your target calories and macros. more meals means you'll feel less bloated after each individual meal, but it takes away a lot of flexibility from your day.

no, you need more, way more. assuming you're an average 175-180 cm and 70 kg skinnyfat dude, you need to eat about 3000 kcal, and that's on the low end. make gains, get big, then cut if you want aesthetics. except for fatasses and newbs literally only the first few weeks, you can not get bigger and stronger while eating like a bird.
if you're fat, it's a whole different story.

vegetables are cheap unless you live way up above the arctic circle, chicken tends to be some of the cheapest meat too. rice is basically free if bought in bulk

not sure about this, but salmon should be a lot cheaper (relatively, adjusted for income etc.) than in other countries. salmon's good, eat a lot of it.
