I'll start
t. not even a frog
Whenever some cunt brings something in like pic related.
I usually resist but occasionally pick one up.
Shit should be banned.
This shit. In Germany temporarily for student work-study and it's impossible to get them in stores here
Absolutely. He basically achieved aesthetic perfection in his portrayal of Hannibal Lecter.
>>40110295
this. no wonder graham fell in love with him in the end
What mode is his body though?
Anyone here work a job that involves being active and not on a computer all day?
>occupation
>income
>education level
>any workplace injuries
>stats
>diet
>does your job get in the way with your routine
>gf?
Graduating with a meme degree in criminology.I am thinking about applying to a police force or to the army as a grunt or a medic. Really not too sure
>>40106208
I'm EE so I'm hoping I don't get completely fucked by exhaustion and give up on lifting altogether.
I've had a few friends go into the marines right after high school though, and most of them have turned into MONSTERS. They were always adamant about being physically active before the marines, however; so I doubt it'll pull miracles.
Criminology here as well.
You didn't need the degree if you were just going to join the police as an actual COP.
You might as well use the degree and apply for comfy office positions at your local police departments, it's better pay, no risk, and you basically cant get fired.
>becoming a grunt during what is essentially peace time
Just don't, you'd be a very underpaid janitor that pulls stupid long duty shifts and sometimes goes on terrible camping trips.
If no one else is gonna make these I'm making this shit educational and choosing a pose for everyone to learn today.
Front lat spread let's go.
Personal pros and cons to this pose:
Con: shows off my ribcage flare a lot.
Pro: I like the look of the serratus, lats, traps, and arms in this pose without sacrificing too much volume on the chest.
Horrifically low quality video with good information about how to front lat spread:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=6QaCGi4XC-I
Post em for the (You)'s, gayboys.
>>40104603
>front lat spread
No but have this picture from the gym today bby
Also faurk nat. You are looking really good in that pose.
I think having your little chicken legs (:D) in the photo really maximizes your v taper
Obviously you always look great but this photo just looks bigger than usual.
Anyways
>lifting 4.5 months
>210--->167
Currently still cutting. Perma cut life. Cut until erectile dysfunction. When NatT photos don't get me like a rock I will know the cut went too far
I am doing those oblique excercises you suggested nat, the lovehandles are the last thing that really bothers me about my physique (other than the obvious lack of size in general).
Hopefully if I cut enough they will go away
BYLAT

your body looks like cookie dough.

>>40101513
Why haven't you lifted in days my man?
PUSH UP THREAD!!!
ROLL BOYS!!!!
:pls no higher than 50
Do push ups actually build muscle or do anything? My estimated 1rm on bench is 240-250 so pushups are kind of easy. I'm on a 2 day split, but I wanted to start doing some shit on my off days when I have time, bands, pushups, etc
>>40087419
roll
I hope this gets me started
Does creatine cause baldness or is it a meme?
What if I'm already on DHT blocker (Propecia)? what do you guys think?
My hair is already thinning so I don't need something that fucks me over
>inb4 just buzzcut lmao who cares if ur bald lmao
Dont reply to my threads ever again

Yes it does. Google it. If you are on a dht blocker you will probs be fine tho lmao.
Just don't bother with creatine anyway it's a waste of time hop on some real gear lol if you take creatine you aren't even natty anymore lel ahahah lmao
>>40119082

I guess ill try it for a month xd
Will I lose gains obtained on a bro-split over the last 4 years if I start doing a novice starting strength routine?
>>40118856
Some of them, maybe. It's easier to maintain than gain but there's still limits.
The question is why on earth you want to do a novice routine after four years.
>>40118866
I want to be stronger than I am now.
My bench/squat/deadlift are pathetic (because I never really trained them)
But I lift at home now, and I only have access to barbell/power-rack. No more meme machines for me to easy mode lifting on with a bro-split.
>>40118902
How pathetic are we talking here?
You might be better served by just throwing a few heavy sets on to the start of a higher volume approach than dumping your workload to like a fifth of what it was before.
#gainingweightiscool is now a hashtags for female body positivity. Sure, some girls look better with a few more pounds, but most don't.
How can we stop this?
Post pics of your winter gains of course. This should be obvious.
>>40118758
Dont date fatties. Its a problem that will fix itself.
>>40118780
But I'm 30% bf because it's winter bulk.
deadlifts, overhead press, bench press
you can only do one
which is best for aesthetics
deadlifts
/thread
>>40118726
there is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift
>>40118726
Bench press.
Deadlifts alone turns you into doorbrah.
Contrary to popular belief, just doing The Press © isnt enough to sclupt a perfect shoulder
Hey /fit/
I've had Gyno since I was 11 and coincidentally my mum decided to feed me vegetarian food and got rid of all meat and dairy in the house. Fast forward today (currently 18) and I see no signs of it going away. Can you guys give me some advice on what to do to fully rid my body of this embarrassment?
post pics, you're probably just fat
if its actually gyno, only option is to have it chopped out as always.
If it's the same since 11 to now, it would be permanent. Only option of removing it would be surgery. Some drugs can stop the gland from growing during the early stages, but not after a number of years.
>>40118679
I'm 179 cm (5'11) and weigh 64 kg. I don't think weight is an issue.
What are the draw backs/side effects, if any, of professionally prescribed test supplementation?
Pls respond
>>40118459
>>40118513
Same as without the "professional" involved
Mood swings. Sterile. Have to check your hormone levels constantly to make sure you're not going over. Some risks of cancer
My T levels are something like 300 ng/dl. But I decided against TRT. 1 year later, and I'm doing 3pl8 deadlift for reps. Not too substantial. But hey, I expected worse going in. If gaining muscle ever does become too much of a problem, I'll just go back and cruise responsibly.
>>40118553
Surely the risks would be mitigated somewhat with appropriate supervision? Did you get given any percentages for side effects when you were tested and offered?
Hello /fit/
I'm looking for any advice I can get for increasing max set of pull ups
Currently I'm at 12 dead hang pull ups and my goal is to being able to do at least 25 so I can max out the Marine Corps PFT pull up section
>I have a pull bar at home that I have been using.
>>40118397
weighted pullups or
grease the groove or
sets to failure every day
>>40118406
Thanks I'll try that, and what weight do you recommend I start out at?
>>40118397
Google Recon Ron pullup program
How do I remove stress related tension from my body?
Lifting makes it slightly worse and stretching does jack shit.
ascend
>>40118143
Thanks Elliot, your wife style a dyke?
>>40118179
The pictures she take are horrible, see her in the videos she looks so much better
Who here still live at home? Im 24 I still live at the crib but im productive in school, work, and starting an LE academy. Lift daily. The only problem is it interrupts me getting laid at times and its frowned upon. Whom here still living at home masterrace?
Living at home never qualifies as masterrace unless you own that home.
/endthread
29 still at home
No motivation to move out. No friends/gf or anything. Started university late in life and currently struggling with that.
Feeling depressed most of the time etc.
Feeling nauseous ATM so can't even lift or study.
Just.
Just turned 25 and living at home.
Shit sucks, but oh well. Housing is just so fucking expensive, I can't afford it.
I even did great in college with a STEM major....
Just will need a bit longer before it pays off I guess...
