I work on my feet constantly moving for 30+ hours a week (McDonald's) and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Does that qualify me as "active" or "very active" in the MyFitnessPal settings?

I need help

I have had a gf, for around a year now. It's long distance, but we make the best of it.

The other day I was visiting a girl and the night ended with us kissing, twice. I woke up the day after and was devestated. The other girl says she won't tell a soul and my gf doesn't directly know her, so she would never find out. But I still wanna tell her. What the fuck do i do? I don't wanna lose my gf.

At a Awkward stage with my body im feeling stronger my muscle size has increase but finding it hard to get rid of the rest of my pec and gut fat currently 110kg was at 120kg and about 6"3 any advice to try and cut down fat while still gaining muscle.

Just gotta accept that its much harder to gain good muscle while cutting and just do it.

I hate cutting because I can never improve any lifts in a good amount of time (takes 2 weeks to go up 2kg while cutting) but im always much happier with how I look at 10% BF compared to 15/20%.

Gonna make this shorter because I typed like 5 paragraphs and accidentally closed my fucking browser.

Anyways, used to weigh about 145-150lbs and stand at 6'0". I took a weights class my senior year weighing in at 175, a small bit of a belly, still relatively skinny though. Gained muscle, but also quite a bit of fat. Ended the year at 220lbs with a bit bigger of a belly. I'm now about 230-245lbs 6'1", and I'm terribly uncomfortable with my body. To the point that I've stopped sex in the middle of it because I hated thinking about what my girlfriend was seeing. I want to cut back down to 210-215.

I'm not looking for "Work out and eat right." I would like someone to suggest a diet and work out plan for me. Any tips would also be appreciated. Thank you
