How come the GOAT had such a shitty physique? His training was on point, I don't know about his diet, but it's kinda intriguing how he was so good but never had an amazing body in terms of aesthetics.

Anyone have experience with these? What have you used them for and how well do they work?

I'm mostly interested in using one for my transverse nasal crease but I can't find any info on this. I'm not even sure that there's a fine enough one that I can use.

Also I have some pretty nasty stretch marks that I'd want to try it on.

If you just want to get stronger and look good.
There is barely any difference if you are getting stronger.

If you want to be a powerlifter, low bar is preferable.
If you want to be an oly lifter, high bar and front squats are preferable.

Anyone who claims one is the best and one is useless, is an insecure fuccboi who gets scared when anyone does something that they dont do.

i'll try to keep it short - i train muay thai, but my cardio sucks and it's the main, or even only, reason i'm underperforming in fights

thais are known to put heavy emphasis on running, as described in the related article below. if you're familiar with the muay thai scene, you know that thais are absolute machines that don't ever seem to get fatigued.

so what the dude above suggests in a very elaborate way, is to run/swim/shadowbox/whatever for 30-60 minutes sessions, in the 130-150 bpm range, and not higher than that.

is this sound advice? currently for me, i have to run at a 8 km/h or even slower of a pace to keep my heart rate in that range.

No. disks will slip randomly after 2pl8s. This is why you should stay away from deadlifts COMPLETELY! Try doing some pullups on the assisted machine and do light body weight squats.
