i registered a 166/110 last night, i'm not on any medications

what can i immediately do to bring this down and bring it down to normal?

One measurement doesn't mean anything.

Take another measurement. Do it after resting for 5 minutes, not after walking up a bunch of stairs or anything. The cuff needs to be around the level of your heart. If it is still high, make an appointment with your PCP.

Weight loss and doing regular cardio are the most effective ways of lowering blood pressure. Doing cardio (even if you don't lose weight), can lower blood pressure 10-20 mmHg systolic. Losing 10% of your body weight can lower another 10-20 mmHg. Weight loss and exercise are more effective than 1st line medications for hypertension.

What is your height and weight? How often do you do cardio?

speak to your doctor about ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. There are some causes of hypertension like kidney disease and adrenal disorders which are pretty serious, worth getting checked out

Drop the tren. But seriously, if it stays like that get to the Dr. They'll more than likely put you on hctz and possibly lisinopril. I messed up a nerve in my neck and was having crazy headache and my blood pressure was around 180/120 for a couple months with a resting heart rate in the 110 range. Really makes you think about things. (I'm 42 btw). Eventually was able to cut the meds and it's back to 130/70-80 range.

Take another 10 measurements at varying times to confirm it's actually high not just one reading. Mine is normal in the morning till I drink coffee, basically can track it, within 30 mins of a coffee or up to an hour after a work out and it can be like 20+ higher. It also dropped about 20 units on average after I submitted my thesis so stress can play a large role if you have exams/kids/work on your back

Also do cardio, eat well. No cardio and 5 steaks a day is retarded meme advice from teenagers with no thought for long term health.
