Alright /fit/ I'm in some need of advice.
Over the winter I have put on some serious mass, unfortunately I threw on some unwanted pounds. My body type (endomorph) has always retained fat deposits but now I'm just tired of having a husky build and would like to try cutting. I'd like to do this without losing too much of my size. Now I'm fairly green on a few aspects so I'll just cut straight to the questions I have:

>How many calories a day should I consume?
>What macros should I follow?
>How much cardio should I do?

Currently I weigh 200lbs and am 5ft 11in.

Calories in/calories out will take you 70% of the way there when it comes to body composition in my experience. The other 30% is exercise and depending on how lean you want to get, macros.

So I did 205 lbs for 2 sets no spotter but the last set I dropped it on myself and had to wriggle free like an eel. I got someone to spot me and almost lost it again. It was a DYEL mode guy and I feel like he thought I was lifting too heavy because he said "that's over 200 lbs man".

So I went to the incline bench press did a few sets of 165 lbs, got brave tried 170 lbs pretty much couldn't hack it another walk of shame. Lowered the weight to 165 lbs again and lost it.

Then gymbros kept asking me for plates and I did tricep extensions in shame.

Should I feel proud of my new PR of 205 lbs or shame for failing a few sets?

Also embarrassing gym moments general I guess.

I-is it okay to cry right now bros? IDK how to feel.

Doing the Westside Barbell method you do sets of singles. I'm a powerlifting not a prettyboi bodybuilder.

Stronglifts 5x5 was a meme, a few months ago I was at a laughable bench press.

What are your other hobbies outside of lifting and does lifting help with them?

>Drawing. I like drawing people the most and having knowledge about the anatomy helpse with proportions and poses.

Here is where it gets weird and unorthodox

I then rock her world using mental tricks, money, experience etc. I make her feel good and happy for a weekend and then disappear completely giving a fake name and contacts. Lifting helps me to attract them. They do love narcists. This sometimes fails as I sometime fail to find and attract a girl with BPD.

Hey /fit/, I was talking with a friend and we decided to jog together, but because of IRL reasons we won't start now, only in a month. I kinda want this because it is one way to get closer to her.

Problem is, I am not fit at all, she seems to have been doing this for over one year and I have zero experience, in fact I've been sitting in front of a computer for most of my life.

What do I do? I will do anything possible during this one month to improve as much as possible, please guide me

Just tried a treadmill today

I can keep 3.5mph for like 15 minutes comfortably, then I have to reduce to 2.7mph because my feet start to hurt so much

It's pretty uncomfortable, I think I could go faster and be much more comfortable if I was on foot, I feel all crunky on a small treadmill
