By running in the Olympic fashion (leaning back slightly, arms swinging in pace with stride) the arms help to store energy from each stride and put it towards the next one. With the chest back and out of the way, the legs can go higher up without being impeded by the torso, increasing stride length and power.

Emm, I think it's more a thing of they haven't noticed it's that their wrist is what's made them a skelly. They think it's because they don't eat, that they have small wrists, when infact it's because they have small wrists, and subsequently, small everything else, musculature and skeletal wise, that makes them small.

The "limit" is there for a reason. Most people who do those sorts of super human feats wind up with damn near every ligament blown and the majority of their muscles involved in whatever they did torn to the point of needing months of physical therapy, and usually surgery.

I just looked into the Cost vs. Benefit of Penis Enlargement.

Took lots of screenshots over 130 pages of a PEgym thread about success stories.

There were some fascinating insights. A fair bit of motivation too. I think whether you are married or single it can boost your sex life a surprising amount.

Also those charts with women's preference of penis size were largely true it seems. I thought they were largely exaggerated.

Women truly do want the top 5-10% for everything. Dick size, height, money. And if you arent there then you are mediocre.

But its amazing how much growth you can get if you want it. One guy went from top 10% length to 1 in 3000.

It seems half an inch gain takes 1-2 months.

It true that girth is worth a little more than length. The filling up feeling matters.

But some women are really receptive in anterior fornix or posterior fornix which is past the cervix. Thats at 7-8 inches for many. Some guys with 8x5s can hit that spot and cause more satisfaction than e.g. 7x6s for some women.

Basically look like i lift but i tell people i swim and do push ups a few times a month.

If they keep pushing i just tell them it's my build/frame and i always looked like this.

I also tell them i usually eat fastfood and don't really keep count of my diet.
