I just did 12 weeks of test e 500mg and 4 weeks pct, how long until I can run another cycle safely? (also any advice with my next cycle would be great) Not able to get blood work done because no insurance so I come to you for halp

You can get your own work done at a testing site. Probably around $200 or less. I chose not to stop my cycle. Did 12 wk 500 and I'm on week 18 doing 100mg a week to cruise. Fuck coming off. As for your next cycle I'd say test and tren is a nice combo

Use soy protein isolate as the base protein
They are the thickest and best tasting.

Help me out /fit/. I always do weighted hanging upside down sit-ups with a 5kg plate for abs once a week.
But I got a mate to film it the other day to check form and noticed that my cock hangs down and you can see it against my trackies.
Considered tucking it into the elastic but looks a bit dodgy rearranging in the middle of the gym. I wear tight CK boxers but still hangs down. Don't really want to switch to y fronts because that's uncomfortable.
Guess that's just one of those problems of having a BWC.

Isn't there any beginner routine out there that has you work four times a week?
I'm completely new to liftan (1 month) but I really have a hard time believing that training only 3 times a week will yield the best results. I don't get any pain the day after or anything.
Plus I feel like it'd be better to get the form right if I could just do it four times a week. I've seen the Juggernaut routine recommended (to beginners) several times but I literally couldn't understand any of it and apparently it was actually more directed towards intermediate lifters.
