I normally go to the gym later, to avoid busy hours, get a free squat rack when needed etc.
But yesterday I had to go during the day around peak hours and fuck me, I've never seen such a bunch or retards in my life.
The gym was packed,

I just did 145x5x5 but they were inconsistent as fuck: sets 1,3, and 5 were easy as fuck but 2 and 4 were the hardest of my life. Anyone have any tips for driving The Press up?

press more often. volume is king for OHP progression. standing db press is very good at working stabilizing muscles

Anyone else correcting their posture or have done so? I'm full kyphosis mode and have been forever. 6'2 but I look 5'10 when I slouch. Pretty tiring standing up straight but I can do it.
Everyone will tell you how to fix it, but never have done it themselves.
It can't be fixed, it can be slightly corrected, but it'll never ever be 'good posture' on that picture.
