Very easy in explanation, use more calories than you eat. If you eat 2000 calories and do enough effort that uses 2100 calories, you have used 100 calories from your body.

Now, you should calorie count for a few days to get a good idea how much you eat, and if it's above your recommended daily calorie amount than eat less and workout to further the process.

Honestly this is no different than when I was in my early 20s. I take great care of my body and it's beginning to reward me.

I go to the gym 3 times a week, sometimes randomly I'll stay out of the gym for a week and just do high volume bodyweight every day instead, I eat my own cooking and if retards at my job offer me junk food I just refuse it.

I'm not sure why this is supposed to be such a struggle. Honestly I think the only struggle is not becoming a normal fucking retard who will ruin his body just to fit in with the other uglies.

I weigh about 239 pounds, I plan on getting down to 180 and I know how to do it with cardio and cutting calories, it's just that I'm confused on how I can fix my chest fat. I want my chest to be just solid, not flat, but just good to feel on. How many push-ups a day would work? And how long exactly before I see results?

My routine consists of squats, lifting, planks and pushups. Have home gym, don't judge too much.

Stats: 5'7", 157lbs, 23yo
36" at the love handles, and 38.5" at the hips

Am I a really bad case of skinnyfat? I feel the amount of fat i carry on my love handles and ass/thighs is just gigantic

I have IBS aswell bro, it's all about your sweet potatoes and probiotics. Eating those helped me with stay in the gym. And working out helps a lot. Just start with cardio and end with the sauna.
