That's it. I'm a 27y/o male who spent my whole life studyng, playing videogames and in front of my computer. I'am not fat, but i'am damm weak, can't even do 8 push up's. Now im decided to start goin to a gym and get stronger. Any tips? Any productcs that i can use to boost my performance? Thanks!

Is it natural for shorter people to flex when taller ones pass by them?

Makes my patellar ligament really inflamed. Some days it's better than other, but I just finished my last set of squats and every rep felt like my knee was about to explode.

i can even feel pain during a bodyweight squat, and can randomly hyper extend my knee and fall awkwardly every 3 months or so
it's gotten better, but ive even lightly dragged my toe over a garden hose while walking and faceplanted, it's a little embarrassing

3 to 4 days depending how hard i worked at my job the last day.

10-15 minute morning routine every morning

M-W-F 1-2 hour full body advanced calishthenics workout
T-TH 30min-1hour of tabata circuits/hiit/jogging/walking or basically anything I want.

I just wanna know how to make my pump last for a few extra hours after my workout? Anything I should do in terms of water intake, supps? Maybe workouts that I can add on to the end of my lifting that'll make the pump last longer?

Why?
You should be getting g a crazy pump in the gym, then having 15-20 minutes of stretching before you leave, you won't keep as much pump but you'll grow faster and once you're big enough you won't need to worry about a pump.

I started about 8 months ago with Stronglifts like a lot of people and then a few months in switched to a PPL. Looking back I haven't really gained a whole lot of strength. I weight about 146-147 and BP 115x5, SQ 165x5, DL 205x5. Should I just go back to stronglifts and push harder before going back to a more complex program?
