How do you lose weight when your entire social life is built around drinking ? Honestly I can restrict my calories a lot, but I meet with friends everyday or every other day in the evenings and it ruins all my efforts... It's not really the calories from the beer itself because I make sure I don't have dinner on those evenings so I get drunk after two pints and I dont't need more. It's the slight hangovers the next day, I just feel like if I don't eat mountains of pasta I would just puke.

Honestly, the diet matters the most in his age, his test will be going down and he'll never get ripped. Have him do light-middle weights with a good amount of cardio, but it's the diet which should be prioritised.

I'm joining the National Guard, and I'm going to MEPS during the last week of April. My options are either drop to 195 pounds or pass the body fat composition test. It uses the neck and belly size to calculate body fat percentage.
I need to decrease my belly size, love handles, and back fat, but also increase my neck size. Can /fit/ help me? Thank you.
I am comfortable with
