Been on keto diet, as I decided I'd rather not eat myself to death.
2nd week on it, haven't had sugars, lost a good amount of weight.
When I sleep though, I dream of sweets. While awake I think of them constantly. To add to this difficulty, people around me eat sweets all the time.
Could you give me tips to avoid such intense craving? I'm not in danger of breaking the keto, as I'd rather die than gain weight again. I'm just looking to make the journey less painful.

This is what I made tonight, except I used vegetable stock and 800g cod because i'm a papist. Made two servings. Check the nutrition on this

1 yellow onion, diced
2 carrots, small diced
1 stalk celery, small diced
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 cups dry green lentils
1 quart chicken stock
1.5 tsp fresh minced rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tsp Dijon mustard
splash of red wine vinegar
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
~800 grams cod.
Basically cut up the vegies, put the oil in a crockpot, put all the vegies besides the lentils in the oil. In a seperate pan, cover the cod and cook at a mild rate, just want to make sure they are thawed out Cook em for a while, then put in the lentils and add the seasonings except the vinegar and the mustard. Add the stock and the cod. Let the lentils absord most of the juice, add the mustard and the vinegar. Makes two servings.

I have decided that I won't do deathlifts anymore, there is no point, the risks outweigh the benefits. Squats and hamstring isolations are enough.

yes, just remember that for your body to be able to most efficiently absorb the specific milk proteins and lactose in order to build muscle you will have to cut out other food sources entirely (ie milk only) for your body to produce the enzymes for digestion in great quantities
