Slightly related but i get the same with caffeine. I have no idea what causes it. I drink coffee because it makes me feel good, but it does not wake me up at all. Took a 200 mg pill a week ago and feel asleep about an hour after taking it.

What program would you recommend to someone that works a physical job and is sore and tired at the end of every day?

So, I have a strawberry plant and I though it would be a funny meme to feed the plant with Water with protein powder in it.

So after a while of roiding up my strawberry plant, it came time to pick the strawberries.

Well, this was the result. Some thicc ass super strawberries that tasted like cardboard and was super hard and stringy.

I thought they mostly workout the calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes and traps with the muscles needed for the very top of the movement (shoulders) doing realtively little work.
