I still can't hit a 3pl8 bench.
I've tried:

no. weak lockout is usually due to triceps. halfway is chest or the transition between chest and triceps. pin presses from just below your sticking point, spoto press and board press might help

Can this be fixed? I'm a chinlet/jawlet and my face is very round and feminine looking. I just look low test. I'm 20 and grow almost no facial hair at all, I've only had to shave a few times in my life.

How to get a more defined/aesthetic face.
Start by chewing gum. I recommend the thin strips type of gum like juicy fruit or whatever.
Chew 2 pieces for 1 hour
Then add a piece and chew for another hour. And finally you should have 3 pieces for the last hour.
Do this till you no longer feel a clenching in your jaw when you chew.
I recommend doing this daily
Once you lose the clenching feeling in your jaw buy a mouth piece and chew on it the same as the gum.
