You can push heavier weights on flat bench.
More weight = more gains.

The hydraulic stresses that come from bending in big heavy spines get focused to the back of the curve of the limacon and these kinds of people end up with posterolateral disc bulges if they bend too much.

How do I get a really high testosterone level when I have an office job in a grey and dark part of the world?

I'm from Scotland and recently spent ten days hiking in Spain. After about three days I woke up feeling intensely horny and confident - this feeling didn't leave me for the rest of the time I was there.
