Should I go to the gym with massive DOMS? Just doing S.S.
Just started going to the gym yesterday after years of not going seriously to the gym. Also lost a fuckton of weight because of sickness (back to 143 pounds at 5'7).
I went slow with the deadlifts and squats, but with bench I can still bench lol1plate 5 times, which kinda surprised me.
rest altleast a day mate, go slow the 1st week, and do ppl routine
DOMS will dissappear soon, working out with them is fine. Do same routine but with lighter weights if possible.

Not sure what you could expect, but I can tell you that I know plenty of guys who look like absolute shit despite taking steroids AND actually lifting.
Yeah, you can tell they have some muscle on them, but proper training and especially diet matters if you ever hope to look good.
