I've stopped as of yesterday jacking it before gym and no smell. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so do you even go to gym or wash up before?
I always wash my dick after a fap. Hell, I usually wash it after a pee and definitely after a poo, if its not a multi-person public restroom.

Hey /fit/ I'm a fairly new poster and have been pouring over the pinned post at the top for a good work out routine to get rid of my fat, doughy bullshit.
When I've tried in the past, I've stuck to weight machines because I was intimidated by all the lifters using the free weights, but I guess it's time to suck that up and do good for myself.
I've been going over Sean10mm's 5x5 Stripped work out routine and I like how it sounds and how he's laid it out, but my problem lies in doing squats. A few years ago I was in a car accident that fucked up my right knee pretty good. I can barely squat down to tie my shoes, let alone squat a barbell.
So my question is: Is there a good substitute for squats that I can use to not upset the work out routine or is there a "Low Impact" routine that anyone could recommend?

Despite how strong or jacked or beautiful I get, ill still feel like a fucking loser. How do I overcome this? I imagine myself in a couple years being an extrovert, the life of the party, etc. But right now all I do is lift and study and I feel like a moron.

I try not to. But I just hate it here. I hate myself. I used to be some great guy that a lot of my colleagues looked up to. Now I live in the ghetto, j have disdain for everyone I meet who isn't white, I can barely keep my head up and maintain eye contact. Not sure what the fuck is wrong with me.
