Speaking of weird grandma knowledge, mine tried to get me to use amphetamines and coke as a pre-workout supplement. She kept going on and on about how her brother used to give himself a "little pep shot" before his workouts back in the day, how he'd hit those weights like a fucking animal, run forty goddamn miles, then hit the weights again. Said he used this white powder he got from the druggist, she couldn't remember the name. So I call up her brother, ask him about it, and be damned if he wasn't mainlining cocaine and popping methamphetamines. It's not the worst advice I've ever gotten, but it's up there.

Heyo /fit/, I'm like 6', but I would love to be at least 6'2". Has anyone ever tried HGH before administered by his doctor? IDK if my doctor would even be willing to prescribe it to me given that I have a "normal height", but who knows.

I suggest NOT taking an active hormone. It's very bad for your body hormonal balance and will problably kill all your own HGH producing cell fucking you up bad. Look into nootropics, since taking a precursor of an hormone may boost (MAY) your body HGH production. That is all you can do really.

Is this true? Do people with naturally wide chests have a higher ceiling on their bench than people with smaller chests?

I'm shoulder dominant and have a small scapular tear (lower portion). What's the best way to rehab it? Phisiotherapist said rows, trainer said low weight flies and stretches, trying to isolate the blades. I find it very hard to isolate them, due to my shoulders maybe, and they feel stiff. Tips?

I made a post just under two months ago(exactly 6 weeks and 4 days ago) about how I wanted to lose weight to join the Army as an aviation pilot.
My starting weight was 298lb's and I needed to get down to about 210lb in about 9 months.
Here I am, just under 7 weeks in, and I'm already down to 271lb's as of this morning.
I did a keto-diet, in 7 week's I've had two cheat days(one being some nummy ass buffalo wings during the mcgregor mayweather fight). I worked out substantially at the start, and moved to a different house, purchased a treadmill, and have been doing 30 minute light jogs every morning with a set of pushups, situps, jumping jacks, and burpees before work, which is also decently extraneous.
Now that I'm down to 270, would you recommend continuing my keto-diet, or should I move on to a more vegetable oriented one?
Keep up the 30 minute jogs or switch to something more harsh?
Also, should I consider fasting? Or focus more on a rounded diet?
