So in the passed 6 months i went from 20.8 bf 106.8kg to 12.3% 89.6kg and im not looking to bulk yet or use any supplements untill i reach that 8% bodyfat.

Now in 2 months time even if i dont reach it im looking to bulk up a little bit and trying to get more lean muscle mass

Read sticky fags will be deported to cardio hell where there is nothing but carido machines and the floor falls from under you if you try to do any bodyweight excersizes

Hey there, in the last time I researched into combining a perfect supplement stack for being more healthy and focused. I wanted something to prevent mental and physical illness and boost my cognition on a daily basis because I have a mind challenging job.

If I do 5X5 Squat and also want to use the Safety Squat Bar, can I do 3/5X3/5 on that as well or should I do higher reps? I train legs primarily for strength so lower reps would be best, but can I do both of them at the same volume? They are very different in terms of muscles worked and the amount of weight you can lift so it's not like 10X5.

I was going to the gym consistently. But lately, I squander the days playing video games. I feel like shit for gym skipping but I have grown so fucking greedy with my time.

I call out if work "sick" frequently. Just so stay home and jerk off and play video games. I don't know what happened. I think what got me is that I quantified how much time I actually get for myself.

8 hours work, 8 hours sleeping 1-2 for gym. That's 18 hours fucking gone. That's not even including little shit like showering and such. In my mind, I feel like 2-3 hours of games is not enough.

I feel insatiable when it comes to gaming or jerking off.

How do you guys manage to still go to the gym?
