Any good calculators on calories burned lifting? A lot of the ones I looked at mostly consider how much time you lifted and how "vigorous" you feel like it was.

How do I lose belly fat? I just weighed in at 166 lbs and I'm aiming to get down to 130 all on keto/intermittent fasting/exercise. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Put a number on how much more muscle you gain while running a test cycle. For instance 200% more? 300% ?

I feel like bodybuilding without gear is pointless, too much work not enough results.

The way I lift, the diet I follow, and my stance on supplements is completely different to all my friends who hit the gym yet I get far better results.

Is this enough of a basis to believe my ways are superior and that I'm more qualified to give advice than them or could it just be genetics and other unrelated factors?

I feel like I am slightly knock kneed (probably even less than pic related), however my toes tend to point outward and my knees inward. When I squat, I feel like I mainly use my inner thigh/groin to push up the weight.

Anyone have a similar situation? Is there a fix to this?

Does anyone here practice Tai Chi? I'm being serious, and not trolling or being a dick. What styles do you practice? Any advice for a beginner? I want to use it for more meditative/stretching and practicing my balance, so I'm thinking of starting with the Yang style. I hear this is good for slower, more graceful movements. I plan on waking up about 20 minutes earlier and doing this in the morning.

What's everyone's experience with Tai Chi?

I found a group and learned Cheng Man-ch'ing's 37 form Tai Chi. I use it for the same purposes you do. It's best to learn it in person, but Tan Hong's & Stewart McFarlane's Tai Chi book is a good resource to review what you've learned and go over weight distribution. I wouldn't worry about the applications, they're a meme.

And props for Koyaanisqatsi. Classic film and you can't go wrong with Philip Glass.
