Is it bad to work out on an empty stomach? I feel like I'd be much more efficient doing my workout before breakfast and using breakfast as like a post-workout meal.

Depends on your workout. If you're doing lifting you should eat early and wait an hour or two to digest it then lift.

If you're loaded up with carbs you're going to have a much more effective workout.

I had a friend who's mom died from cancer caused primarily from being physically massive to the point where it wasn't really that surprising when she went.

He starting lifting like a maniac after she died to the point where I was kinda concerned about his wellbeing.

He pretty much turned into a different person over the course of a few years physically and mentally. A lot fucking stronger.

I think that's a pretty good reason to subject your body to the destruction of lifting.

My job is stressful at times, but I like it's so it's a permanent fixture in life. I could be that guy who is a dick after work when I get home everyday, or I could go throw around some weights to relax, and then be a decent father and husband.

All my problems could have been solved if my father told me this one thing

Everyone should just lift weights for aesthetics so they can have better sex. That's literally it. It's the ultimate point of existence.

Anyone else have the issue where their glutes and hamstrings get tired during missionary and cowgirl positions? Doggy style seems to be the only position where I can get away with not using my lower body to power my thrusts as I can use my abdominal muscles.

A brief summary
>14-15 years old, started growing incredibly insecure about my skinny physique

All you've done is become lazy and complacent about it, nor did you ever get anywhere with your fitness goals.

I work sometimes well over 80 hours a week. When I get home, I dedicate 2 hours a day to my workout at my homegym and that's it on every day off. All I do is eat a little bit more and eat a little bit more protein, and I still make gains though not as much as when I weighed 30 pounds more on a pure bulk.

I fucking love working out. I love looking better. And it's work that disgusts me. Sounds like you fell for every meme under the radar and think you had to hit all the checkmarks and that burned you out. Now you're happier with your shit body because you can't think for yourself so you just quit completely.
