Just wondering what is your preference?
I've been banging this fit, low bf and tanned chick and just wish she was softer. Like when you grab her ass you can only feel muscles and it is a turn off.
Is this just a matter of preference or is something wrong with me?
>muscles feel bad
I like thicc, wide hipped, fertile women, each to their own
>>41315658
>fertile women
bruh like 99% of the women in the world are fertile...being thicc or fit doesnt effect it that much
Why does lifting increase the amount of fat chicks who hit on you?
How does it make any sense that once you start taking better care of your body, people who are doing the exact opposite think they have any right to be with you?
Does anyone have any thoughts on this backwards yet almost universal phenomenon?
>>41328510
Because they want someone who can lift them I guess
you're so ugly that even with lifting you just reached the fatty league of 3s and 4s. i'm sorry anon
this is the order of mires you'll get
1. friends and family
2. men
3. homosexual men
4. mature women
5. fat girls
6. average girls
7. hot girls
congrats for reaching step 5

Everyone likes some kind of pizza.
>>41327940
yes, refraining from eating it as often as I like is a real struggle
if I had to live off of one food only it would probably be pizza
is it wrong to base your entire workout on machines?
>>41327920
Zyzz only used machines, you can too
No but you'll severely limit yourself in your gainz
>>41327920
Inefficient and limiting, but depending on your goals it might just work
/fit/ newfag here
you could never use a barbell in your life and still do fine. barbells usually allow you to lift more in total but recruit less stabilizers than dumbbells do. DB bench and shoulder press are better mass builders than their equivalent BB exercises.
>>41327350
thanks anon :)
>>41327119
You'd be fine. There are exercises using DBs that cover all muscle groups. However, if you're training for strength, you may hit a point where DBs aren't sufficient.
Has any of you guys started living similarly to Dan Bilzerian since getting fit? Or is it all the same and none of it really matters?

Well I doubt many of us have multi million dollar trust funds, so no

>has the gym made it easier to pretend you're a billionarie?
That's not how gyms work.
I found this tiny sized barbell clip at the gym. I didn't realize they made equipment specifically for manlets.
>>41326937
It's for ur tiny peepee
>>41326937
thats actually a ring, some1 proposed to a musclefu and got turned down
feelsbadman
>>41327075
But that wouldn't fit me
>implying squats/deadlifts will make you look like this
just do some leg extensions and leg curls, the rest of your routine should be predominately upper body focused.
>he doesn't want his legs to look like cannons
not gonna make it
Squat and DL until you reach 1/2/3/4.
After that do whatever the fuck you wanna do.
>predominantly upper body focused
Does lifting ever negatively impact the physical requirements of your job? Do the physical requirements of your job ever negatively impact your recovery period between lifting?
don't most places specifically state that you can't lift an object alone if it's more than 50lbs? as in like, it's company policy because you could injure yourself and company doesn't want that/ i think the number varies but it's still less than what people here curl
>>41326311
When I was an electrician I'd routinely lift things weighing 60,70,80,90lbs myself
>>41326322
i just heard that various companies specifically state you can't. but i guess it varies depending on the place. but i feel if it's heavy, you don't lift it long regardless.
ITT we post how long we have been lifting and our best fitness advice/opinions. I'll start
>Diet is the most important aspect of strength training and aesthetics
>Flat bench is an ego lift and is no where near as good other exercises for building chest strength
>you should take up rock climbing for grip strength and back gains
>>41326249
>Flat Bench is bad
well im still going to do it until i reach 2pl8s for reps so i can get bro-status. Bit what, you'd recommend inclined bench or something?
>>41326249
>Has no chest
>Flat Bench is bad
>>41326290
dumbbells are better imo
I've been trying to do handstands starting from the ground, but can't seem to push my body up all the way.
From the video attached, what should I be working on to be able to go up all the way? I would think triceps and/or shoulders.
Do handstand push-ups against a wall and slow negatives freestanding
An alternative POV
>>41325473
lookup handstand pushup progression and start there. you must be pretty weak if you couldn't even push an inch
>2017
>Not having a bunch of Var
How does it feel to be poor?
enjoy your winny
Depends OP. What dosage are you running and are you using a test base
>>41325230
how much does var cost?
I need around 2800 kcal maintenance. I have trouble eating that amount. I often undereat (I have always been a skinny dude) and eating alot gives me diarrhea.
What are some meals that I can eat to easily reach 3000 kcal/day (to put on size)?
I am doing PPL 6x/week.
At this point I have been eating mcdoubles (780 kcals/2 burgers) and drinking kefir in mass quantities.
>>41325144
Just drink a lot of whole milk and eat a lot of peanutbutter
>>41325144
Do you make your own kefir? If not, you should.
Diarrhea with 3k calories is not normal. You should see a doctor. When you feel a movement in your gut, is it painful?
>>41325229
No I don't make my own kefir. Why is making your own kefir important?
It kind of builds up and I feel like there is pressure. After the bowel movement it feels glorious, like a long awaited release.
I assume my diarrhea is due to the fact that I
1. Overeat (I would consistently eat around 1500-1600 kcals/day at 6'2).
2. Drink milk - it seems that I have lactose intolerance.
H-hey /fit/, does my girlfriend seem cool?
I've been shagging her for 2 weeks
This is normal, r-right?
LISTEN
I don't care what you do, but if you want to survive this
WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT PULL OUT
Would break up immediately and ghost her.

Good chance they'll get worse as you truly realise how weak, pathetic, and small you are compared to everyone you aspire to be like.
