Not much, I started with pike pushups for a good 8 months. Then did on the wall HSPU's. Then freestanding came about 20 months in. I have a day dedicated to vertical pushing in my routine because it's such a focus of mine. Learn good form pike's, and hollow body before you do freestanding or you'll be a banana back shitlord.

The respect is mutual x I think having spent my entire teens volunteering at riding schools has built a foundation for a good work ethic (and body, if I may say so). It's helping not relapse into into my previous eating disorder and I'm studying on the side; I've been obsessed with horses ever since I can remember and am shooting for an equestrian carrier because of it. I never understand some peoples height to weight and appearance. Or I must have a shit ton a visceral fat, because Im 190 @ 5'8'' and have 19-20 inch arms and this guy looks like he blows me out of the water. And Im running high tren/low test/mast/epi right now and look better than I ever have in my life.

156 pounds

I started lifting seriously 3 months ago. Circumstance, unpredictable schedule and energy problems stopped me from doing more than casual before. I got blood work done and had a few deficiencies and now I don't have energy problems anymore. Before that I still ran/biked and casually lifted though.

Started at 162 pounds, cutting off some fat until summers over then gonna bulk past september. I still enjoy running so I don't want to put on a lot of weight just yet.

Lifts, 1 reps starting 3mo versus now
Bench 130 ---> 175
Squat 180 ----> 250
Deadlift 180 ---> 275
OHP 80 ----> 110

Today's deadlift today. I feel really good, hoping I can get close to 300 pounds today.

If you have the time. Strength training early morning; PPL, eat clean, hiit in evening for 15-20 minutes. Have at least one day with carb load/cheat meal(not cheat day)

What I do is rack pulls, pendlay rows, and heavy underhand pulldowns. With the pulldowns, let the weight stretch your back out between reps. Do these to thicken your back up.
