not sure man. i try to not let my perception be clouded by nostalgia, but i've been here since maybe 2009-2010 and things have gotten a lot different with trips. i used to mire steamrolan's OHP so hard, and gingermod would post, harsh and quad had good advice, albobobro? i forget some of their trips but they were cool people. it's easy to get involved with other stuff the older you get man, they just flew the nest.

How do you deal with DOMS? About two years ago, when I was exercising several hours every day it was almost impossible to get them, no matter what I did. But now I sometimes get them. I had an intense leg workout about 4 days ago, and my legs still hurt.

DOMS is not an indication of training fatigue, and doesn't necessarily mean that continued training will result in muscle loss. I started the Keto Diet 5 days ago. However, I've been feeling like absolute shit since yesterday afternoon.

Yesterday:
>Headaches
>Really bad muscle and joint aches
>Nausea
>Loss of appetite

Then last night, things took weird turn:

>Muscle aches were gone
>REALLY bad Diarrhea

The diarrhea is just pure liquid. It was so bad last night that I shit on myself in my sleep like 4 times.

I'm a little concerned that this may not be the keto flu, and that it may be something else. But if this is the keto flu, how do I get rid of the diarrhea. I had to take off work today because I'm running to the bathroom like every half hour.
