I want to start lifting. I picked GSLP plus arms as a program to begin with.
I don't want to become big, my ultimate goal would be something like ottermode. So I don't know if I should bulk, cut or eat at maintenance. Please help.

Only if you do low bar squat, or a similar movement for deadlift for volum. It will still work without, but not as good!

Alright /fit/ I have had it. I have had the last fucking straw.

I have been doing fasting every other day for 2 fucking months. i have just found out that my mother has been spiking the bottled water in my house with sugar.

She was concerned about my fasting, so every time she would buy a new case of bottled water, she open them all and pour in a spoon full of sugar.

I noticed this today when there was fucking sugar all over my hands after having my morning beverage.

Fucking cunt. This is why I failed in my life. Because of normies. I already spent the afternoon screaming at her but she doesnt fucking get it.

I wasted two months of my life downing sugared water on my fast days... I need to get my blood checked now for diabeates.

How do I make normies understand the health benefits from fasting??

That leaves out every pressing exercise

Good thing that chin ups work the chest, go do those. Obviously they dont work it insanely but if you do weighted chin ups with half your bodyweight you'll have a decent chest

Help me understand the animosity that many of you seem to have toward those of us who choose to use gear. I browse through this board from time to time, and I'm always a bit surprised at how upset many people seem to get over the use of steroids. It's almost like an obsession, to the point where guys are calling people out for supposed roiding the moment they show any progress toward their fitness goals. I'm just amazed by how outraged people can get over the choices of others that literally do not affect them in any way.

So, is it a moral issue? Do you feel like gear users are cheaters who make their gains "the easy way," without having to put in any effort? Is it a jealousy issue? Are you upset because guys on gear make bigger, faster gains than natty guys do? Is it a self-loathing thing, where you want to use gear yourself, but you're too afraid to try it, so you get upset at those who have taken the plunge? Do you feel like guys who are juiced up are ruining their health, and you look down on them for making what you consider to be a poor/stupid decision? Help me understand, because I just can't wrap my head around why this issue evokes such an emotional response from people when it really has nothing to do with them. If you're natty and happy with your decision to be natty, then why do you care if that guy across from you in the gym is roiding? I'm on gear, but even when I was natty, I didn't have any ill will toward people who ran AAS. Likewise, now that I'm roiding, I don't look down on people who choose to stay natty. Can't we all just get along?

I think it's maybe a touch of jealousy behind it all. I have friends on gear. I have friends who are natty. I have friends who don't even lift or exercise at all.

The anonymity kind of juices up people's hate triggers. I've found that in the real world regular people don't care nearly as much.

Try doing oatmeal with 8x as much water , it'll never be thicc enough , but if you mix that shit up you reach the sky and can overload the oats with water , It's so fucking creamy .

With 100g of oats I ended up with almost 1 Kg of food . ( offcourse most of it is water but since the fiber are water soluble the thing stay for a long period of time in your belly . )

I cycle everywhere, but since people are dicks I use city bikes instead of my beautiful bike unless I can store it inside.
Problem is those are medium bikes and thus too small for me (192cm) and riding small bikes all the times plus squatting three times a week and DLing once a week gave me quadriceps tendinitis.
I still bike, but I can't squat for now.

I'm a 6'1, 125lbs man who wants to take up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. But I don't want to be embarrassed by being physically dominated by women.

Could this happen? I'm not sure if I'm stronger than the average woman. I don't lift and one time was really struggling to carry 30kg around. I doubt I can lift much higher than that. Would women in BJJ beat me?
