Hey dude, I got Lasik literally six days ago (last Thursday). The doctor said it's safe to lift literally the next day, same with PRK. Just be careful with wiping sweat off your face, you really don't want to dislodge the flap.
P.S., if you haven't had it done and are just asking, get it done. It's improved life in every way. I feel I lift better now because I can actually see the wall and lock on focus. Sounds crazy but it may just be true.

If you're that worried just avoid high stress lifts for a week or so.
I had LASIK done years ago and avoided really heavy lifting for around a week. I probably didn't need to but thought it was better to play it safe.
Hey /fit/, been lifting for a couple weeks now and started taking pre workout on the days I dont feel as energetic, only issue is its been making me feel super nauseous after my workout and makes it difficult to eat
Any tips or advice to avoid this shitty feeling?
Don't take pre workout. I've been lifting for 8 months and haven't once taken any. If you really need something to get you going, I'd recommend black coffee (barely any calories and plenty of caffeine. Or maybe an energy drink. Or, I've never tried them, but ammonia inhalant.

Pre workouts are an overpriced scam, just drink a big cup of coffee or an energy drink.
GOAT is actually buying caffeine pills and making your own pre workout (just caffeine and a little sugar) so you know exactly what and how much is in it.

It is an EZ curl bar.
Some people like to use it over a normal straight bar for curls.
Use it for curls, french press, skull crushers or pullovers.

OHP training needs the most volume-intensive program, second only to calves, and even calves depend on specific muscle control, not just cranking out reps.
Do timed sets of 10 and drop sets into push presses.

I was going to give up coffee today but the a huge wave of loser feelings washed over me at my wagecuck office when I fully saw my patheticness at being the ugly loser beta of the office and everywhere else. Are you saying 90lbs worth of weight or 180 lbs worth of weight? Are they metal or rubber plates?
On average, you can get 1lb for $1 for metal plates new, rubber plates are closer to $1.50, used metals are usually worth about .75 each. So if its 180lbs worth of weights its a pretty good deal and I would pay for it.

i dont have money for a gym membership but would like to do some exercises at home.
i got a sit up bench (pic related), i got from a friend and 2 dumbbells that goes up to 7kg. any advice or exercises that someone my build would gain anything from?
