/fit/zens, I'm at 73kg, 12% fat, 22 yo, walking on average 12km/day, was doing cardio but quit, gym 3/4 times a week (AB), A=pulling(7x3x10)+legs(7x3x15), B=pushing(7x3x8)+core(7x3x20), 14/10 intermitent fasting, 300 calorie deficit. Goal is 74 kg, 8% body fat. Anything I should change?

My wife has been very upset with the baby taking up her small, thin frame. Her new goal is to look even better than she did before she got pregnant, she wants to work out. She wants to show our daughter that being a sedentary fat-fuck is not acceptable in the life of a woman.

She is going to be breastfeeding so I am not sure if she can have a diet based around gaining muscle fast. Also I wanted to ask what home-exercises would be good for her? She is going to be home the majority of the time because she has to watch and feed the baby. Baby will be here in a month or so.

Bikini Body Guide. A gal at my work did it after her baby and is shredded. I'm doing it now and seeing positive results (plus I weight lift with my husband 3 times per week). The nice thing about BBG is it's not super time consuming which will be important after baby arrives as baby will consume most of her life. You do need a few things like light weights and something to step up on but you can use a chair for that. No major equipment needed.

I was looking for a set of adjustable dumbbells, and after weighing out the options I went with ironmaster. The biggest reason was the pully system that works with the dumbbells and bench. This is my first weight setup and was wondering what people on /fit/ thought of this brand?

I have a set of the Quick-Locks w/ the 120 pound add-ons. They are very well made, but expensive. Still, they are cheaper than getting a set of fixed dumbbells and a whole hello of lot better than the BowFlex pieces of shit, and more convenient than PowerBlocks. You really can't go wrong with them, but their racks (the self spotting one and half rack) are not worth the cost, IMO.

Thanks, so far I'm pretty pleased. I passed on the bowflex when I saw a reviewer mention how wide they were, and that it caused problems when trying to bench press. I almost went with blocks, but I was convinced that the bars surrounding the wrists would drive me nuts. I like the design of ironmaster and how sturdy it feels. The cable tower was definitely what swayed the decision.

Yup now its time to end my life. Finally started taking my shirt off regularly at work and on cardio runs but now for some unknown reason I have developed a huge amount of whitehead bacne.

I have very low testosterone for a man of my age, 19, im like 3 standard deviations below the mean for my age in terms of testo levels for total and 4 for free testo.
my doctor is prescribing 200mg shots but after a week i feel like shit, feels like my muscles are in a constant state of atrophy. impossible to get out of bed and its worsening my mental capabilities. also isnt helping my severe depression.

id like to naturally increase it.
my thoughts or HCG and then some sort of anti estrogen

also my endo says i dont have low t even though the first test i did put me 260 ng below the average and even the average should be higher. the average should be like 850 ng/dl but its 650 due to factors in modern life such as dairy/meat consumption, plastic, pollution and epigenetic factors in the womb.

also i was taking the cream version of testo at 260mg a week but that just lowered my testosterone even more, the shots are a bit better.

also sources of HCG and anti estrogens would be beneficial if cant get my smug moron endo to prescribe it for me.
real sources too, doesnt need to be legal just legitimate, and it cant be too expensive.

Seriously, I was in your boat. I wanted to start taking gear anyway, but got my test levels checked before starting. Lo and behold, they were low.

Like you, they weren't low enough for the NHS to pay for TRT, but it's been a life changing decision to start injecting myself.

As for sources, 4chan isn't what it used to be so any source talk is a ban. Google is your friend though. Easy to buy anything you need online - look for good aggregate sites that rate sources.

As for legality, I'm guessing your American. Here in the developed world, steroids are obviously legal. That said, you aren't going to spend time in prison for buying a few vials of test even in your mental brainwashed country.

I have been eating at 1700 calories for a cut im 5ft 11 and iv'e been going to the gym and lifting for 60 mins and 30 mins of cardio and for some reason i'm hovering around the same weight for the last two weeks.
