I'm at 20ish % body fat, with what might be very mild gyno, if I take a pic from the front it's unnoticeable unless there is a very sharp shadow.

You can't know if you have gyno or not for sure without an ultrasound test to see if you have female breast tissue.
I thought that I had gyno 3 years ago when I was overweight, even my doctor said it was most likely gyno, but I had an ultra sound in my chest area and no female breast tissue was found, it was just slight fat deposits in my nipple area, which went completely away by the time I was 13% bodyfat.
If I do a (bodyweight routine) on my rest days, and lift SS or Greyskull LP on monday/wednesday/friday, will I fuck up my gains? I know there's the possibility of overtraining, but I want to get aesthetic and develop core strength and resistance training.

Yea buddy, I ran two at 18 and 19 years old. Trained for about 4 months, the first time I had never ran more than a 10k and the first training run was 10 miles, it went fine. If you're serious find your local distance running group and sign up for whatever race they're training for.
