Just a warning, you might lose your hair, that's not just a meme, it really happens. You're honestly better off just lifting without it, it just speeds up your progress by like a week.

I have very thick hair tho, with a very low feminine hairline, would it still be an issue? Also no family issues with MPB

It supposedly makes people with pre existing Male pattern baldness in their genes have it come up sooner but their is no actual good proof and sources that creatine = balding
I still stopped taking it personally even though I have no history of MPB in my family but still until some better studies are done not work it for my gorgeous locks.
So would 5g a day constantly be better overall?
