She feeds me 800 calories a day when I need 3000. Help me /fit/, what are some suggestions to buy at the store that don't require cooking that can help me get my daily intake of 180 grams of protein? (I've already bought tons of beans, yogurt, and cottage cheese, and I have a shitty Italian supplement)
High protein foods that don't require cooking tend to be high in fat as well, so keep that in mind. Off the top of my head: peanut butter, almonds, milk, lox or other deli meats.
Does anyone else feel like Atlas OHPing the world when they Press?
Hello, /fit/.
Coming over from other boards.
Now, I have to explain that I am (was) a NEET with weight on me. No, I was not obese. I started ditching high sugar drinks and starch based foods early this year (New Years resolution) and I lost ten kilos in four months.
In early May I found a job - hard, physical, back-breaking job. All about working with tools like rakes, shovels, hand-held circular saw and others.
So, month and a half has passed. I lost ten more kilos, I have gained some muscle on my arms, back, shoulder-blades area.
I wanted to ask, is it now time for me to hit the gym to fully unfuck myself? I had 0 confidence in myself before I got this job and now I know I can handle stuff.
Does anyone else have an experience of both working manual labour job AND going to the gym?
Thank you.
i used to work in construction. it's a popular hobby in the industry. most of the work your doing isn't going to to be heavy enough to impact your lifting. you gotta eat like a dog though.
the best shape of my life was when i had that job and i wasn't even liftan. the important thing is to eat a lot and sleep a lot. you're probably going to get a sick body.

>the important thing is to eat a lot and sleep a lo
Eating is not the problem.
I also work only 3 after 3. That is, three nights on, three night off.
Sleeping is my problem... let's just say, my living space and family situation is what it is so at most I can get 6 hours straight and then 1-1h30mins in the evening before I head out.
I am not looking to become a Chad, I have better figure than on the left with more muscle tone definition in my legs and arms but still a general skinnyfat though it is improving.

kekked
>right handed
>left pecs is bigger than right
It's not visible at first glance, but it's at least half a cm thicker.
I think it's partially due to the fact that I have a slight winged scapula on the left side and my left shoulder can't take as much weight,
while doing bench press I can feel my right front shoulder taking more weight than it should and none at all on my right pec.
How to fix?
What sort of macros should you be aiming for on your first proper bulk?

472g of Protein
8g of Fat
500g of Carbs
I see no point in going to the gym on my own all the time and I know a couple of people who do crossfit. Guys and girls from the "club" throw bbq parties, hang out together, etc. Is crossfit really as bad as anons say or? I've got a background in collegiate sports so I won't get myself injured not knowing how to clean and shit like that

A lot of the exercises are exclusive to crossfit so you will have to learn them all the same. On top of this the reason so many people get hurt is because they are done "for time". A lot of the workouts aren't about how much you lift or for how many reps, but how fast you can complete it. For many of the workouts this is the only way to track progress, so the emphasis on time rather than form gets a lot of people hurt. Also many of the exercises are inherently dangerous even if you do them correctly.
this is a mongolian fishing board, don't listen to what anons say about crossfit
never done it but it seems pretty hard. As long as you get your goal body, no one cares how u got it.

What if I just progress at my own pace? I don't want to compete in their comps desu
If I were to soak peanuts overnight in some slightly salted water, would the water leach out some of the nutrients?
Really activates the old almonds.

Anyone tried lecithin for sex gains?
Are the orgasms better?
Yes I've tried it. I did the God-tier cum stack. I don't have the image saved.
The orgasms are noticeably stronger because you have like a Capri Sun's worth of spunk that you have to wriggle out every time you bust a nut. If you do the stack with kegels and only cum once a week you're going to get to porn star levels.
That being said, you're going to be eating more pills per day than a chemotherapy patient and it can be expensive. If you or someone you know gets off on big loads, try the full stack at least once. It's fun.
Doing linear progression on starting strength, how much should I be adding to the bar every time I bench? Currently benching 150 lbs and have been on the program for 2 months.
I'm not an expert but from what I've learned from others is that during a strength phase you should aim for low reps of 3 or 4 with longer rest times.Train about 4 days a week and aim for 2.5 - 5lbs on the bar per week, make sure your eating enough to get stronger. Starting at 150 I would think your progress will explode at first then slow down.
