Hey /fit/, been lifting for a couple weeks now and started taking pre workout on the days I dont feel as energetic, only issue is its been making me feel super nauseous after my workout and makes it difficult to eat
Any tips or advice to avoid this shitty feeling?
Don't take pre workout. I've been lifting for 8 months and haven't once taken any. If you really need something to get you going, I'd recommend black coffee (barely any calories and plenty of caffeine. Or maybe an energy drink. Or, I've never tried them, but ammonia inhalant.

Pre workouts are an overpriced scam, just drink a big cup of coffee or an energy drink.
GOAT is actually buying caffeine pills and making your own pre workout (just caffeine and a little sugar) so you know exactly what and how much is in it.
