i dont have money for a gym membership but would like to do some exercises at home.
i got a sit up bench (pic related), i got from a friend and 2 dumbbells that goes up to 7kg. any advice or exercises that someone my build would gain anything from?
Get money. Join gym. You ain't gonna achieve shit with 7KG dumbells?
