at what age should one start training? I would like to help my brother live anbetter social life then I had which only improved once I start lifting.
He is 6 I started at 17 but I felt like I could get into it much sooner

1)Keep him constantly active with things like hiking/running/playing. Indoctrinate him with the mindset of self-improvement, maintaining a positive mindset, and working hard.

2) Encourage body weight exercises like push-ups/pull-ups around 10-11; engrain exercise into his mind. Remember, he has to want to/enjoy exercise for this all to stick and help him.

3) low-weight form training at 13-14; benching just the bar, bodyweight squats, etc. to teach form and introduce to lifting (don't want to start heavy weights while bones are still developing)

4) intermediate weights at 16

5) 17 begins the journey to leave humanity behind.

I wanna lose some bodyfat, and I've started walking more etc, but I wanna eat healthier too
The problem is that, even though I can make healthy food from time to time, I suck at being consistent, and my creativity runs dry pretty fast
Pretty much, can someone recommend like a meal plan that's easy to follow and isn't super expensive? Aka not like, fresh berries every morning, that would cost like $100+ in just berries ever month and I can't afford that lol

I practice MMA for 7 years now, boxing in parallel for 6 years, I could.
Not to count strength training at the gym for 4 years, 6 ft 1 1/2 for 189 lbs.

I have an insane speed, reflexes similar to my speed. I just have to wait for him to charge me, dodge his attacks, and throw good punches to his head. I won't stop, and at the smallest mistake he does, the gorilla is finished.

You'll always have virgins from here thinking that it's impossible.

First, nothing is impossible with will, my friends, and 2) that's not with your weak ass bodies that you'll do anything.

Any man with a minimum of training can beat a gorilla with a knife anyway.

With bare hands, that is not necessarily more complicated, it just requires technical skills.

Dont know if i could ask questions here, but here it goes. Im a chubby guy (198lb last i checked) i have little to no gains. Only reason i look slightly fit is because of my height (5'11). Used to work out in freshman year but havent since (senior now). I wanna work out arms, but i only have a pull up bar and i could barely do 1. What do i do?

If you want more gains try some body weight exercises such as push u[s, dips, squats, calf raises, glute bridges, and some sprints and running.

Make sure not to neglect getting a good nights sleep and try to eat reasonably healthy at below your maintenance calories and you will loose fat and gain strength. This will lead to gains.

Get a chair. Step up to pull up bar. Grab on n slowly let yourself down, the slower the better. Will help your muscles get used to the action.

Could also get a resistance band to help make it easier, but don't get reliant on it.

I started running or whatever and my knees hurt right at the top of the tibia bone on the insides of both knees

Hurts so bad can't run long. Doesn't feel right WTF

Do NOT stomp on every step otherwise you will put a LOT of straing on your ankles, knees and hips. Run as if you dont want to be listened, every step should be quiet or it will damage your joints.

How long does skin retain its elasticity?

I gained a ton of weight a few years ago and was about 210 of just fat. I lost almost all of it, i'm down to about 155 right now, i still want to lose the rest of it and go back to my slender shape i used to have. I still have a lot of fat on my body that i want to burn off (looks sort of like pic related) is it even possible to go back to having a slender frame? Or has my skin lost all elasticity? I've been like this since late 2013, is there any hope to get back to how i used to look? Will i just have a ton of loose skin?

I Have never been able to do any significant lifting with my right arm (besides smith presses and whatever). Every time I lift it past a certain angle, it feels like it's gonna snap in the middle (no roman salutes for me goy)

The only thing I can think of is that it's been messed up from mosh pit impacts and my retard friends and I sucker punching each others arms as kids.

I had a similar feeling in my left arm. Turns out my left arm is a bit longer and my left wrist would not stay straight because the bar would tilt. Once I made a concerted effort to keep the wrist straight, the pain stopped.
