Cut 30 pounds in 6 months. 5'11 195lbs to 165lbs. Got a pretty good six pack, girls are loving it. So it went pretty good.

I'm having difficulty maintaining now though, feel like in order to meet my caloric goal I eat shittier than on my cut and am not as strict. Cutting for me is easier than maintaining

Wing Chun can be especially dangerous when engaging larger targets. Goven your height, people can still out weigh you along with their reach. Wing chun roots your body to the ground while applyig the force of a mountain. Wing chun is especially useful for shorter people because their center of gravity ks easier to manage, making it easier for them to knock you down using their core and forearms. I say 80% because in the states many people can open carry a fire arm, its best to walk away

No questions that don't deserve their own thread found. I can start with two.

What are some good lifting shoes? Just taking a look online and apparently pic related is god tier. Is the Adidas Adipower a meme? Aren't lifting shoes supposed to not raise the heel? It seems like all of the "best" lifting shoes have the heel raised more than I thought it should be.

Second I eat about half of the recommend carbs for the amount of calories (3200) I eat, mainly eating meats instead. They're not fatty meats, usually chicken and sometimes pork/ steak, Essentially I eat a lot more protein than I need to and a little more fat than I need to, and a lot less carbs than I "should". Is this an issue?

What shoes you should wear depends on what kind of training you're doing. If you do oly lifting then shoes with raised heels like your pic are the way to go. With almost anything else a shoe with a hard, thin sole is the best way to go. Honestly if I could lift barefoot in my gym I would.

Raised heel is good for squats too.

Some people change shoes or take them off for dead lifts but I just use the same ones (an older pair of Adipowers).

So yeah im 6 ft 4 and my femurs are very long. Im very good at deadlifts (i have long arms aswell) but when i do squats my knees have to travel forward quite a lot to hit proper depth.

This has resulted in patella tendon pain... Should i just skip squats or do box squats? I feel like my leverages are just too bad to do regular squats without excessive forward knee travel.

You might wanna hire someone. A physiotherapist will be educated in this, one who lifts as a hobby will show you correct for and correct any other lifts too. A trainer, not as good, but some know what theyre talking about can also provide great insight

Just don't squat as deep. There's no reason to be going past parallel especially if it's hurting you.

How can I get to eat more? I can't eat much without feeling full and then not eat for more 4 hours. Is my stomach small and limited for my whole life?
