Hot showers generally cause a little fatigue, at least for me.
A cold shower in the morning and after a workout gives you a shitload of energy.

I haven't used soap when showering in a month (only use shampoo for hair and soap for hands/face). I shower with cold water only

there is no bad smell, no one noticed anything, not even my gf who only said I smell like nothing, just normal odor of skin

soap doesn't mean clean. it means just smeling flowery

I agree with this. I have been in spans of only cold showers for one or two months in a row in the past and it went exactly like that. No soap except occasionally since I'm well informed of all the bad stuff it does to the skin.

Wash yourself with hot water. Hot water will open up your pores and also help get dirt and bacteria off your body.

You first take a normal shower then rinse your body with cold water, especially your hair.
