I've had this weird feeling in my left knee for many years now. There is this constant pressure at the inner part of my left knee. I've had it x-rayed before, but it must have showed nothing as I was never contacted by the hospital afterwards.
It didn't go away when I wasn't working out for many years.
What could this be? It's not a pain, it's just an annoying constant pressure and pulsating feeling that I only notice when I am sitting still. Every time I google for it, nothing shows up. I want it gone because it's extremely annoying.
cut your leg off.

God that form in the pic is dire.
She clearly could not safely hit parallel or below with her legs like that.

Could just bursitis. Between your joints are these cusions called bursas. It could be irritated or inflamed. What were you doing before the pain started?

I used to squat heavy during high school, but didn't have it then. Some years later when I was not working out at all it just suddenly started. I have no idea exactly when, but it has been like that for many years.
Sometimes it's more noticeable, other times not as much. I don't always notice it, but it's there. I feel it right now. Working out my legs makes me feel it more, but it doesn't hurt when I am squatting or doing other exercises. It's just more of a huge annoyance.

Basically no female squat model EVER has done a correct squat.
Least from what I've seen.
Even these dumb IG cunts never do it right.
There's that one chick who did decently proper squats; Gracyanne Barbosa but fake plates is bulllllshit.

First when you warm up do reps slowly, second learn about barbell line. If you put line on knee it will hurt you.
