How long does /fit/ wait to return to training after a mild wrist sprain, or other general sprains. Happened on the first of the month, think I can train this upcoming week if I get a wrist brace?
>pic related, some of the damage 3 days later.
see a physio or a doctor pls

Saw my PCP, said I should wait until it feels fine to move in all directions. I'm not waiting another 4 weeks for this bullshit.
Only issue atm is I have a hard time moving my wrist left and right.

Maybe you "can", but it will do absolutely nothing good for your gains in the long run, so don't be such a baby and wait it out. Even a mild sprain should be taken serious, because the ligament will never truly recover to the way it was before, so you can easily amass even more permanent damage if you're not careful.

How long do you think it would take to wait out? I'm primarily worried because I used to be a fatass. I lost well over 100 pounds, and I don't want to get "Comfy" again.
I've already bulked up a good 10 pounds and lost quite a bit of muscle definition from being out this long.
