don't limit yourself at first.
it's hard enough to gain weight for most people who are skellies anyway.
when I started eating and exercising properly at 6'4" 145 lbs I gained about 2-3 lbs a week, but that was of course a combination of fat and muscles.
just do bulk/cut cycles.

I'm not naturally a skelly though, I cut way too hard a couple of months ago. I got the lean, muscular body I wanted, but the problem is my deathly weight that's borderline underweight, which is a pain in the ass if I'm playing sports.
