Its been almost 3 month im working out and managed to lose 26.3kg in that time. I dont follow any diets. I just eat right and count my calories. But I just dont have enough energy now to continue my running daily, I run for 40 minutes everyday but its been a week I can't do that anymore I just don't have enough energy. Is there anything you can suggest? Maybe an energy booster?

Yes but it took 2-3 years of working a team based blue collar job that forces me to interact with people 12 hours a day. Turns out I'm not autistic I just had a child's level of experience with social interaction because I've spent my whole life playing computer games

Practice making small talk with clerks and grocery store cashiers etc. Then when you get comfortable start trying to make friends.
I used to suck ass at talking to people, even at work. And it make for shitty work experiences. But after a while you just learn and now I love every job I get to talk to people in.
I just practiced whenever I could. I always try and make small talk with people that I interact with - cashiers, waiters, really anyone. If you fuck up, you never see them again, big deal. And you learn what to do, and what not to do.
Once you get over the initial fear of talking to someone, the rest is really easy. Just ask about them, and talk about something they like to do.
Also, read Dale Carnegie's book "How to Win Friends and Influence People". It'll change your life if you are a social autismo like I was.
