So I'm 177cm barefoot. What would be a good walk around weight for a fit manlet of this height?

What makes me miserable is that I am a bit of a "Endomorph". Even if my face looks skinny, all the lard goes to my gyno, wide hips, etc.
On pic i'm 160 lbs and in the street I look puny like a teenager who just started lifting.

5'10? For strength sports you should weight some 100kgs. That's 220lbs, not 155... but that would be as an elite weightlifter.
