My brother got aesthetic, and he's got a fucked throat/head so he can't eat any more right now, can't get any bigger. If he could do it, even though I'm quite a lot taller, I sure as fuck can too.

The reason why you bench as much as you OHP is due to the fact that you dont want to create an imbalance. If you a horizontal press more then you do a vertical press you start to get imbalances, which can cause injuries and shoulder issues.

The same way you should do as much or more back work than horizontal pressing.
If you increase the frequency o the bench then you have to increase the frequency on everything else around the shoulders and back.
Sure you can do more bench press for a small amount of time, but when you do training blocks like that youre not a beginner.
